Football Core Return Policy
At Football Core, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
- Australian Consumer Law
Our return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major fault or defect. This policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL.
- Change of Mind
- Return Period: You may return an item for a change of mind within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Conditions: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Exclusions: Customized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for a change of mind return.
- Faulty or Defective Items
- Assessment: If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We may require photographs or further information to assess the issue.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the severity of the issue. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Football Core.
- Major Faults: If the product has a major fault, you have the right to choose between a replacement or a full refund. A major fault includes issues like unsafe products, significantly different products from the description, or products that don’t perform as expected.
- Return Process

- Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty or defective items, Football Core will provide a prepaid return label.

- Customized and Personalized Products: Please note that customized and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Football Core Shipping Policy
At Football Core, we strive to deliver your soccer equipment and merchandise as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.
- Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within Australia, including all states and territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. Express shipping costs are also calculated at checkout.
- Order Processing Time
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Public Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or NSW public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
- Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order through the shipping provider’s website using the provided tracking number.
- Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Football Core is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, Football Core is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
- Shipping for Club Members
For our club members, we offer special shipping discounts and priority processing. Please refer to your membership agreement for details or contact us for more information.
- International Shipping
At this time, Football Core does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Australia.
