Football Core Shipping Policy for Clubs and members

At Football Core, we understand the unique needs of soccer clubs and our wider B2B members. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and on time, so you can focus on what matters most—training and development.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to soccer clubs and academies across Australia, covering all states and territories. If you require international shipping, please contact our team for special arrangements.

  1. Shipping Methods & Costs
  • Standard Shipping: Clubs and academies can expect delivery within 3-7 business days once products have arrived at our warehouse in Guildford NSW. Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your order.
  • Express Shipping: For urgent orders, express shipping is available, with delivery within 1-3 business days. The cost for express shipping is also calculated by size and weight of the order.
  • Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, we offer special shipping rates. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific needs and receive a tailored quote.
  1. Free & Discounted Shipping for Members
  • Within 40KM Radius: All deliveries to members within a 40KM radius from our distribution centre (Guildford) are free of charge.
  • Outside 40KM Radius: For deliveries outside the 40KM radius, shipping fees will apply. These fees will be calculated based on Australia Post rates. If Australia Post cannot be arranged or the member opts for our inhouse delivery option, a minimum delivery fee of $150.00 will be applicable. These costs will be covered by the member. The cost may increase depending on the size of the order. This price will be negotiated prior to payment for goods and stipulated in our membership contract.
  1. Order Processing Time
  • Processing Priority: Orders from clubs and academies receive priority processing. We aim to process these orders within 1 business day.
  • Custom Orders: If your order includes custom or personalized items, processing time may extend to 5-10 business days pending design and approval steps which will be stipulated on your membership contract. We will communicate any expected delays upfront.
  1. Tracking & Delivery
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
  • Scheduled Deliveries: For large orders or deliveries to specific events (e.g., tournaments), we offer scheduled delivery services. Please coordinate with our team to ensure timely arrival.
  1. Special Shipping Arrangements
  • Club Events & Tournaments: We understand the importance of timely delivery for events. For orders needed for specific dates, such as competitions or training camps, please notify us at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure nothing is rushed and your order receives the care it deserves. If you cannot provide a 6 week notice, we will make every effort to ensure delivery aligns with your schedule and notify you of an estimated production time within 1-2 business days of your enquiry.
  • Split Shipments: For larger orders, we can arrange split shipments if you need certain items sooner to be shipped via express from our manufacturer to your door. This option is available at no extra cost for clubs and academies.
  1. Delivery Issues
  • Incorrect Addresses: Ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. Football Core is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, Football Core is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: In the event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
  1. Shipping Discounts & Incentives
  • Membership Benefits: Clubs and academies enrolled in our membership program may be eligible for additional discounts on shipping. Please refer to your membership agreement for details or contact us for more information.
  • Seasonal Offers: From time to time, we offer seasonal shipping promotions for clubs and academies. Stay informed by subscribing to our newsletter or checking our website.

Football Core Return Policy for Clubs and Academy Members

At Football Core, we are committed to ensuring that our club and academy partners receive high-quality products tailored to their needs. Please review our return policy below, which outlines the terms for returning bulk and custom orders.

  1. Australian Consumer Law

Our return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major fault or defect. This policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL.

  1. Custom and Bulk Orders
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these products cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty. This includes items with club logos, custom colours, or other personalized features.
  • Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, only faulty or defective items are eligible for return. We encourage clubs and academies to review their order carefully upon delivery.
  1. Faulty or Defective Items
  • Inspection Required: All returns for custom or bulk orders are subject to an inspection process to verify the reported fault or defect before a replacement or refund is issued.
  • Resolution: Upon inspection and verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the severity of the issue. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Football Core.
  • Major Faults: If the product has a major fault, clubs and academies have the right to choose between a replacement or a full refund. Major faults include issues like unsafe products, significantly different products from the description, or products that don’t perform as expected.
  1. Soccer Ball Guarantee

All our soccer balls are backed by a 12 to 24-month guarantee as outlined in the member contracts. If a ball fails to meet the expected performance standards within the guarantee period, it may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please refer to your member contract for specific details regarding the duration and conditions of the guarantee.

  1. Return Process
  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return for faulty items, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact details] with your order number and details of the return.
  • Return Shipping: For eligible returns, Football Core will provide a prepaid return label. The returned item must be in its original condition unless faulty.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
